Price and purchase
The free plan supports 10 current waitlist registrations at a time, including entries waiting for email confirmation and entries with an active offer. Expired registrations do not count. At capacity, new registrations are not accepted until a place becomes available. Existing registrations continue through the workflow, subject to consent, readiness and availability checks. Export, withdrawal and data deletion remain available.
Premium is available at $19/month or $199/year, with no free trial and no free-plan registration cap. Wix presents the selected billing interval and price, processes the purchase, and reports current plan access to the app. Automation requires signed Wix context, a fresh free or Premium access check, and readiness checks.
Cancellation
Open Wix Premium Subscriptions. For Slot Recovery, open More Actions, choose Cancel App, then Cancel auto renew and Submit. Check Wix for confirmation that renewal is off. If the option is missing, ask the site owner or an account member with billing permissions. See Wix's cancellation instructions.
Cancellation stops renewal; Premium access continues for the period and conditions Wix reports. Once Wix reports free access, the free registration limit applies. If the waitlist is already at or above that limit, only new registrations are blocked. Pausing recovery or deleting app data does not cancel a paid Wix subscription. Uninstalling the app is not a substitute for cancelling the Wix subscription. The free plan has no subscription renewal to cancel.
Refunds
There is no automatic refund protocol. Requests must be made through the purchase channel or to contact@kurodalab.com with the Wix order reference and reason, without customer booking data. Wix platform rules and the payment record determine the supported procedure.
Except where required by applicable law or Wix's binding rules, partial-month use, lack of a recovered booking, or another customer booking the slot first does not automatically create a refund. Duplicate charges, technical inability to access the purchased app, and exceptional cases require human review.
Changes
A price or policy change will be shown through Wix and communicated as applicable before taking effect.
