The service, time, and availability are checked again. If the opening cannot be confirmed, recovery stops.

An eligible waitlist visitor receives an email offer with a time-limited link. It is not a mass email, a reservation, or an automatic rebooking. Another customer may book first.

An offer is not yet a recovery.
See eligible opportunities, delivered offers, verified recoveries, and verified recovered revenue separately. A recovery is counted only when an offer-attributed rebooking is verified as both paid and attended.
If setup is incomplete, the readiness checklist shows what needs attention and the next action. Facts that cannot be verified stay Unknown, not zero.

Entries awaiting email confirmation and entries with an active offer count toward the free limit. At capacity, only new registrations stop; existing registrations continue through the workflow. Premium removes this registration cap. Export and data deletion are available on every plan.
